Expertise in Mexican real estate development, finance, asset management, operations and restructuring with an emphasis on México’s hospitality sector. Principals have extensive experience in México advising on under-performing and distressed assets, due diligence, restructuring and disposition of both single assets and the disposition of a USD$1billion portfolio of distressed Mexican real estate assets. The firm does not presently offer any Latin America fund products and is seeking seed investors and joint-venture partners for both opportunistic investments and/or to capitalize a Latin America/México-focused distressed asset fund and U.S. Latin-theme mutual funds.
