Our affiliate firm, EM Capital Management (Hong Kong) Limitied is a limited liability company registered in Hong Kong SAR and has its registered office Hong Kong, and without notice, an office in London (together referred to as “EM Capital Management, LLC” , “EM Capital” or “we”, “our”, “us”).
